The Journey
The ambition for Seaverge was to transform an ageing property into a bright, energy-efficient home that better reflects the needs of modern family living. Through a carefully considered renovation, extension and internal reconfiguration, the design introduces generous open-plan spaces that maximise natural daylight while strengthening the connection between the home and its coastal surroundings.
Every aspect of the project was developed with both functionality and long-term performance in mind. Contemporary architectural detailing, a restrained material palette and carefully positioned glazing combine to create a modern family home that balances aesthetics with practicality.
