The Journey
Woodlands Drive was designed to make the most of an underutilised attic by creating a bright and functional bedroom suite that responds to the changing needs of modern family life. The addition of a carefully proportioned rear dormer significantly increased headroom and usable floor area, while maintaining a balanced relationship with the existing roof.
Natural daylight was a key consideration throughout the design, with rooflights and dormer glazing creating a light-filled living environment. Contemporary architectural detailing, integrated storage and durable materials combine to deliver a practical, high-quality conversion that enhances the home's functionality without increasing its overall footprint.
